Our Draft Local Plan

As agreed by Epping Forest District’s Full Council on the 18 October 2016, the Draft Local Plan was published for a 6-week consultation between 31 October and 12 December 2016.

The Draft Local Plan sets out strategic planning policies and identifies the most suitable and sustainable sites for development and regeneration.

This is your Local Plan and we are grateful to everyone who gave us their feedback.
